Refund Policy & Registration Commitment
All registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
Due to league costs, uniform orders, scheduling, and administrative expenses, Crosby Soccer is unable to offer refunds except in cases of documented medical necessity, and only at the discretion of the Crosby Soccer Board.
Medical Refund Requests
Refund requests for medical reasons must:
- Be submitted in writing
- Include appropriate medical documentation
- Be reviewed and approved by the Crosby Soccer Board
Important Notes
- Approved refunds may be partial, depending on season timing and incurred expenses.
- Processing fees and uniform costs are non-refundable.
- Refund requests due to scheduling conflicts, team placement, practice times, weather, or personal reasons will not be approved.
